Financing and Payments

We take the following Payments:

Cash, Bank Check, Personal Check, PayPal, Credit Card, Wire Transfer

We will take a credit card or Paypal but there is a 3% paperwork/prep fee that we pass along to the buyer for the use of a credit card. To avoid the 3% fee, please bring bank check money order or cash.

Note: Any check payment must clear our bank before the item leaves our store. Any check payment takes 7 business days from date of deposit into our bank to verify clear payment for an item to be released for pick up or delivery.

We offer FREE LAYAWAY on all items.  Pay as you can when you can.  Item does not leave until paid for in full.  If you change your mind at any point before paid for in full, the money is not returnable or refunded.  We would transfer it to another item or offer you store credit but we WILL NOT refund your money.

We offer financing through Workers Credit Union.  The application must be filled out in our store.  We can not take your info over the phone.  It has to be done in person.  Usually takes 30 minutes for approval during normal business hours

Shipping:

Just about 70% of our Powersports get shipped out of New England. They are shipped almost all over the world.

NEED A SNOWMOBILE SHIPPED? NOT A PROBLEM AT ALL

These prices are good for anywhere in the United States only. Must be shipped to a loading dock or a business with a forklift. Item is crated which means ski’s and windshield are removed. Carrier is licensed and insured

Note: If you find your own shipping company, most will want the item crated. If this is the case with your own shipping company, we can do it but I will have to charge the following fees:

2 PERSON SNOWMOBILE $400.00
SINGLE PERSON SNOWMOBILE $350.00
KIDS MINI SNOWMOBILE $275.00

You also may try www.uship.com for shipping. Some of these companies do not require crating and sometimes you can get a good deal. It all depends on where people are going and how much room they have in the trailer or in their truck.

Please check with your state or with the country you live in for paperwork needed to ship an item to you. Massachusetts requires a bill of sale only to register an item. Some states and countries require a certificate of origins, lien release papers, titles, recall notice letters, old registrations, etc.

It is not up Philbrick Motorsports to produce paperwork that we can not get. Any paperwork needed please ask before you make a purchase or check with your state or country for the paperwork needed and ask us what we do or do not have. I do not want any unhappy buyers.
