SERVICE:
Shop Labor rate is $65.00 an hour plus tax (parts are not included in the hourly rate)

Boat Labor rate is $95.00 an hour plus tax (parts are not included in the hourly rate)

All work performed on the invoice comes with a warranty.

We only take in items on an appointment basis only.  We have very limited room and usually have a waiting list.  Please call to make an appointment.

I have a Master technician for Ski-Doo, Polaris, Arctic Cat, Honda, Kawasaki, Suzuki, and Yamaha.  He also has an automotive certification.  He can do any job big or small.

I also have a Master Boat technician for all your needs.

Pick Up & Delivery Available to: Westford, Chelmsford, Billerica, Tyngsboro, Lowell, Dracut, Dunstable, Carlisle, Nashua, Hudson, Pelham & Other Areas (fee may apply ask for details)

PARTS:
We carry some parts in stock.  Most parts are ordered and shipped to our store within 3 days.  Please call with any part order new or used we will try our best to get it or point you in the right direction to get what you are looking for.

WARRANTY:
Everything we buy or get in on a trade gets fully checked out with a compression test. Most of our pictures speak for the item and if there is something that you can not see, we usually point it out. We service every item that we own the best that we can. We do not sell new, only used. If you are looking for new please buy new. A powersport that is used is used and will never be new again. That is why there is a huge price difference between new and used. With used Powersports, we can only check so many items to determine the total condition. If we see something wrong we will fix ourselves before it is sold or will at least point it out in photos or in the description.

Everything that we own/sell at full asking price comes with a 30-day warranty 50/50 and the item must come back to our shop in Westford Ma for service. Full asking price is not a reduced price sale price or clearance price.  Any item reduced for any reason does not come with a warranty unless stated.

Warranty covers drive train and motor.  It does not cover if your item is sunk, forgot to add oil, forgot to put a drain plug in, fell off the back of your truck or trailer, and or any accident.  It does not cover light bulbs, snowmobile studd or studds thrown into a heat exchanger, burnt belts, cracked ski’s, twisted frames, fiberglass damage, rock damage, hull damage etc.  Covers motor and drivetrain.

If you have a trade and you are trading in on an item against our full asking price we will determine if there is a warranty on the item that you are buying.  It is very hard to warranty an item that is on a trade deal because chances are you will not warranty the item you are trading in.  This will be worked out at the time of the sale and will be explained before you decide to do a trade.

For snowmobiles that are sold during summer months and you can not use until months later, we have a 100-mile warranty on all snowmobiles that we own sold at the full asking price. This is also a 50/50 and the item must come back to our shop in Westford Ma for service.  If you purchase an item and for some reason you do not use it for a period of over a year or years, please do NOT expect us to repair any item under warranty.  Warranty is only valid for 1 season, if you do not use the item for any reason, time, money, health, sickness, no vacation time, bad weather, no snow etc, please do not expect us to warranty drive train and motor.  This is not a lifetime warranty just because you did not use the item.  Gasoline goes bad so quickly and if no service work is done between us selling the item and you using the item, we can not warranty the item.

If an item is already reduced to cost and you would like a warranty we can increase the price of the item to cover you for the warranty.

If you take your item to another dealership for work to be done, Philbrick Motor Sports, DOES NOT pay an invoice from another mechanic or another shop.  If you decide to take it apart yourself or try to fix something on your own Philbrick Motor Sports DOES NOT cover another parties work.  If you take it upon yourself to take a motor apart and then contact us, the warranty is VOIDED.

It is the buyers responsibility to bring the item back to Philbrick Motor Sports for repairs / warranty work.  We do offer a pick up at the buyers expense. Please call with questions.

The Used warranty is 50/50 the item has to come back to Philbrick Motor Sports for the item to be looked at and or fixed.  This does not mean you get a refund or store credit or any other possible means of a refund.  50/50 is half paid by Philbrick Motor Sports the other half is the buyer.  This is valid 1 mile – 100 miles engine and drivetrain only if stated on the bill of sale and the box checked that it in fact comes with a warranty.

The New item warranty is manufacture warranty that is given at the time of the sale and or seen on the manufacture web page.  Most cases the warranty covers parts only.  Labor and shipping of parts is not included, again please read the manufacture web page in detail for each item that you are buying new to determine the items exact warranty.

Consignment items have ZERO warranty.  Philbrick Motor Sports does not own them, we do not warranty anything on them.  Every consignment item will say it in the description and or if viewing in the store you will be informed as well before the item is sold.

Exception: For No-Reserve Auctions on eBay or items that are sold as is stated in listings on web page or items sold at our cost or items on consignment I can not warranty and will be explained at the time of sale or will be listed on the web page.

RETURNS/DEPOSITS
We have a no return policy at our store.  We sell used equipment.  If you for some reason take home your item and no longer wish to own it, or can not afford it, lost your job, lost your income, someone in your family has passed away, someone in your family has an addiction problem, someone goes to jail, your item is stolen, a tree fell on your item at your location or someone damaged your item, etc we do not offer returns.  Most items sold have Massachusetts sales tax and registration paperwork papers certificate of origin paperwork, titles etc which make it difficult to return anything once your info is on the paperwork.  If you leave a deposit on an item and also have a “Site Unseen Trade-In” that you need to have us look at and we can not come to an agreement it is non-refundable.  We can only use so many resources to give values over the phone and or in an email.  All prices for trade in amounts over the phone or in an email are only estimates until we see the item in person for an inspection.

All Deposits made are non-refundable.  Usually, $200.00 deposit is valid for 1 week on any item.  If for some reason you change your mind or have any of the reasons listed above we do not return a deposit.  We will transfer it to another item and or give you a store credit towards parts gear or service etc.

We are very reasonable people and we do understand that some situations do arise but please be respectful over the phone and please act in a calm human manner.  We are not perfect and yelling and swearing and threatening to call everyone and your brother is not going to solve anything.  If anything it will result in us not doing anything.  If you feel the need to be rude insulting calling names etc, then please take your business to another store.
